Our biggest cultural celebration took place in March this year, with our Heritage Week - culminating in our popular Heritage Day event.

Heritage Week is an important time for all of us at SRS - we are lucky to have students from all across the globe, and this whole week was a celebration each and everyone one of the many heritages we share.

Throughout the week, we had musical and dance performances from the UK and across the world, which took place at Democracy Wall and the Atrium. We also had speeches from our students, who told us more about their heritage.

On Heritage Day, students could come in wearing heritage dress. For our Primary students, we hosted more performances, as well as biscuit decorations, live speeches, a Q&A session, and arts & crafts. For our Secondary, there were even more performances, as well as a catwalk runway for our students wearing cultural dress!

Like every year, our Heritage celebrations are a huge success. Everyone being able to express who you are, and where you come from, is one of the many things we are proud of at SRS. Thank you to everyone that took part!
