This is a very special occasion with just 200 tickets available which will be allocated to students who achieve the eligibility criteria which has been shared with parents and in assemblies:
- Excellent behaviour, attitudes and conduct around school.
- Excellent punctuality to school and lessons.
- Excellent attendance to school and interventions.
Dress Code:
The dress code for the evening is formal. There are a number of local formal dress and suit hire outlets which offer reasonably priced deals. We may also have access to some pre-loved items – if you would like more details on what is available, please contact us. We strongly encourage you not to purchase non-refundable items until your ticket has been confirmed.
Transport:
Students are required to make their own way to and from the venue but we do encourage car-share arrangements to and from the venue wherever possible. In the past some students have chosen to commemorate this special evening by hiring limousines to and from the venue. There are a number of local companies which offer discounts for school events.
This special event and has always been highly regarded by students and staff alike. Members of staff are present to enjoy the evening along with you and to ensure that all guests are respectful of the venue’s legal requirements, for example ensuring no alcohol is consumed by anyone under 18 years. Anyone who attempts to consume alcohol illegally will be asked to leave the event. The venue also has a strict non-smoking policy and guests are asked to oblige accordingly.
Should we see any reason to retract your invitation, due to a deterioration in your behaviour, punctuality or attendance (to school and interventions), then you will not be eligible to attend. All we ask is that you keep up the good work!
We wish you every success in Year 11 and we look forward to celebrating your achievements with you at the end of the year.
Yours faithfully,
Ms Dodson and Ms Joaquim
